At -bl^nk- we are aware that consumers of the fashion industry are becoming more and more conscious of what they are buying. As consumers, it can be easy to blindly buy products without knowing the stories behind them so here at -bl^nk- we aim to give our customers a small insight to the -bl^nk- world; where their products are coming from and learning more about the people behind our brand.
We take pride
in owning our own factory in Delhi, India where we make sure each and every worker is provided with fair remuneration. Alongside this we support our workers with
education, training and additional support needed, it is very important to us that all of our workers are well looked after. Another area we also try to make a
difference in is female empowerment, by offering flexible working
hours for women to encourage them to have a job. The flexible working hours make it possible for them to balance a job with other aspects of home life and also so that it is safe for them to travel to and from our factory by not working too late into the evenings. Keeping up these standards results in our workers being happy, and thus our end consumers too.
